Opting not to provide certain information may limit access to special features. D2Type aims to use the Personal Information you provide for purposes such as communication, updates, and new feature announcements regarding our products and services.


By using our Services, you authorize D2Type to disclose your eligibility and participation in the Services to other users of the Site, Mobile App, and Services. This includes administrators, health coaches, authorized personnel, and fellow support group members. They will have access to Personal Information, such as your username, picture, and program-related details. Please note that we take measures to protect your privacy, but we cannot control how users utilize or disclose shared information. If you do not consent to this disclosure, do not access or use the Site, Mobile App, or Services. Any information you provide or upload, including medical condition details, will be visible to the group, health coaches, administrators, and other users. Only disclose information you are comfortable sharing. Additionally, speaking or participating in group conference calls is optional, and you should only share information you are comfortable discussing in those settings.


When you interact with the Site, Mobile App, or use our Services, certain types of information are automatically received and stored. This includes information from your browser, such as your IP address and requested page. We may use personal identifiers to recognize when you access the Site through external links or emails generated by D2Type. Please refer to the "What About Tracking Technologies?" section below. This information helps us provide customer service and support.

We collect usage information in an aggregate form, not personally identifiable, to analyze user behavior, improve the Site, Mobile App, and Services, and understand user preferences. This de-identified, aggregate data may be shared with partners or customers to assess usage patterns. Personal Information is never disclosed in a way that identifies you, unless consented or permitted under applicable privacy law.

You may choose to refuse or disable data collection methods, but this may affect your experience, functionality, or render certain features of the Site, Mobile App, or Services inoperable. The Site may not respond to "do not track" technologies employed by your browser.


We may receive confirmation when you open our emails, aiding us in creating more engaging content. To avoid sending unnecessary messages, we compare our customer list with those from other companies. You can opt out of further emails by following the provided instructions. However, opting out may limit program reminders and valuable program content.



In addition to information you submit to us, we and our third-party service providers may collect information using technologies stored or accessed on your Device when you interact with the Site, Mobile App, or Services ("Usage Information"). If Usage Information is associated with your Personal Information, we treat it as such. Examples include IP addresses, unique device identifiers, browser details, activities within the Site or Services, Device location, and characteristics.

We utilize Tracking Technologies for various purposes, including assessing performance, improving functionality, and offering enhanced features when accessing our Site, Mobile App, or Services.   • Forums: Personal Information posted on the Site, Mobile App, or Services (e.g., discussion boards, chat rooms, profile pages) may be visible to other users, health coaches, administrators, and visitors.

  • User Profiles: User-submitted information on profile pages may be displayed to facilitate user interaction within the Services.

  • Messaging Services: Messages sent to other users may disclose your screen name to the recipient and administrators.

  • Affiliated Businesses: We may share Personal Information related to transactions with affiliated businesses.

By downloading the Mobile App, your identity may be identifiable by the Mobile App Provider. If you suspect a security breach, please contact us. Please direct privacy or data security inquiries to the provided contact information.



You can access and update certain information about you, such as your real name, account details, email address, mailing address, phone number, username, password, and communication preferences. Please promptly notify us of any changes or update your information through the provided channels.

You have the right to request access to your Personal Information, subject to proof of identity. If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request corrections in accordance with applicable laws.



You can choose not to disclose information, although it may limit certain features of the Site, Mobile App, and Services. You can add, update, or delete certain information on designated pages. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us, but note that some information may remain in our records as required by law. You can unsubscribe from email and other communications, but legal notices will still apply to your use of the Services.



We retain your information for 6 years after the end of the service period.


The Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we receive Personal Information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it upon becoming aware.
